the location provided easy access to chinatown and darling harbour. i found a variety of tap beers and food at the hotel bar.. it was located in the restored building next door. the room had modern features and was spacious.
i found that there was no room service menu available in my room.

I found the location very nice. it offered easy access to darling harbour and many dining options. i also liked the clean room. It had complete amenities.
the receptionist i encountered lacked friendliness. i had to wait 20 minutes due to only one person being available for check-in. this created a slow start.

The bed felt very comfortable. i appreciate the shower. It was awesome. the aircon worked very well, good for the weather. staff communicated well after my stay.
the absence of on-site parking was inconvenient. i needed to pay extra for a local car park each day. this added an unexpected cost to my trip.
